RaboPlus is issued by Rabobank Australia Limited and offers
access to a unique online platform combining high interest
savings, term deposits and access to a selection of mainly
wholesale managed funds. It is designed for Internet and financially
savvy investors who are looking to manage their investments
online with lower fees and better rates on their savings.
RaboPlus is part of a global
initiative from Rabobank, Europe's largest online bank. The
Rabobank Group has the highest qualification of credit status
(AAA) from prominent international rating agencies Standard
& Poor's and Moody's. It has held these ratings for over
25 years. Measured by its core capital, the organisation is
one of the top twenty world's largest financial institutions.
Better security
Online security is a strong feature of our service, and we've
invested in the best security systems available. All RaboPlus
customers are given a free advanced security device to access
their accounts and authorise online transactions. The device,
called a Digipass, is easy to use and provides far greater
online banking security than username and password, random
number generator tokens, or SMS codes.
We believe Australians have
a right to better protection from the banks against scamming
attacks and the Digipass provides one of the world's best
defences against online fraud, particularly 'man in the middle'
attacks.
None of the direct
online banking services launched by Rabobank in the last four
years have experienced any online fraud - we believe because
of the online security measures we have taken.
